Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM)

On behalf of the ECA WA Inc Board of Directors, we are pleased to invite you to a Special General Meeting (SGM) of The Electrical and Communications Association of Western Australia Inc Board.

After consultation with members, the following resolutions will be voted on:

Convert ECA WA from an incorporated association to a company limited by guarantee;
Change of name of ECA WA to Electrotechnology Training Institute Limited; and
To adopt a new constitution based on the outcome of the recent member consultation process

23 January | ECA WA Special General Meeting

An SGM will be held to vote on the above resolutions. The SGM details will be provided to all members by email on 15 December 2023.

How to submit a proxy vote

If you cannot attend the meeting but still wish to lodge your vote, a proxy form can be completed by a registered member (one per membership) and can be lodged by mail to PO Box 782, Balcatta WA 6914 or via email to Natalie.Smith@ecawa.org.au.

Your proxy form must be received by 5pm Friday 19 January 2024 to be valid.
