Farewell to Legal Practice Director, Johnny Brits

After 12 years of dedicated service, we're bidding a fond farewell to our Legal Practice Director, Johnny Brits, as he takes a well-earned long service break and sets off on an exciting new adventure.

Johnny has been a trusted advisor to both members and staff, providing not only clear, practical legal guidance but also a steady stream of laughs, life lessons, and unforgettable stories. His advice has helped countless businesses navigate challenges with confidence, and his presence has left a lasting mark on his team and our organisation.

Now, Johnny is trading office life for life on the road, beginning with a well-deserved caravan trip before settling into a quieter pace on his hobby farm in Bridgetown.

While we’ll certainly miss him in the office day-to-day, we’re pleased to share that Johnny will continue to support ECA WA as a consultant, one day per week in September to lend his expertise and guidance.
