Building and Energy eNotice updates

Enotice

Building and Energy have provided the following update:

In the coming weeks, the eNotice system will require all Notices of Completion (NoC) to confirm that multi mode inverters operating in partial or full back up mode have been tested in line with AS/NZ 4777.1 section  8.3.3. This includes proving continuity of neutral conductors and uploading the relevant test reports and documents using the existing fields in the NoC.

In the interim, testing reports or documents should be uploaded using the existing upload functions within the NoC.

If contractors and electrical workers have concerns that the required testing has not been performed, they should immediately contact the relevant homeowners/customers to arrange to re-inspect and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.

For more information on using electrical eNotice visit wa.gov.au.
