NECA Women’s Network aims to develop goals and strategies for women involved in the electrical contracting industry to help raise awareness of their valuable contribution, and to identify the needs of women as partners, employees, apprentices and tradespersons in all areas of the business.
The network is open to all women within a business that is a financial member of NECA Victoria. The network meets on a bi-monthly basis and conducts relevant seminars and training courses.
