Toolbox Talks Logo

Toolbox Talks provide an opportunity for management to communicate with employees about how the workplace can become safer. As a NECA member who employs a HSEQ safety system, you have access to 100+ Toolbox Talks topics that provide information about the newest protective equipment, a smarter way to do your job, dealing with accidents and emergencies, sickness, and specific workplace safety topics relevant to the electrical industry.

Incidents and injuries result from unsafe acts or unsafe conditions. For a variety of reasons, unsafe acts typically account for 80% of all accidents, according to some experts. Toolbox meetings serve as a preventative measure against unsafe acts by educating employees on how they can do their job safely.

Each topic has been developed with apprentices, electrical workers and on-the-ground workers in mind, covers attendance, and promotes work health discussion whilst also providing instructions on how to conduct the talk.

They are also the perfect opportunity for you to voice any safety ideas or concerns that you may have and share your knowledge with others in your team.
