ECA WA ending its SLA with NECA

Contract

For many years, the business services and support you have come to rely on from your NECA membership have been provided by ECA WA and ECA WA staff via a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Think of it as a standard contractor arrangement. As part of this arrangement, all WA members have automatically received dual membership with ECA WA and NECA. 

The existing SLA expires on 30 June 2024. After careful consideration, we have decided not to renew this arrangement with NECA, meaning that ECA WA and NECA will be going their separate ways from 1 July 2024.

ECA WA / ETI Balcatta Head Office & Member Services Christmas and NYE Closure Details
