As the biggest employer and trainer of electrical apprentices in WA, ECA WA plays a fundamental role in ensuring that thousands of people learn the skills, processes and behaviour that will help them to not only stay safe at work during their apprenticeship, but to become tradespeople that put the safety of themselves, their colleagues, clients and the community at the forefront of everything they do.
As part of this endeavour, we have a range of services, programs and policies designed to maintain and improve the safety of everyone connected to ECA WA - from our members, apprentices and host employers, to every person who trains at CET or Equip-Safe.
Our experienced safety team provides members with Work Health and Safety services, resources and specialist advice.
ECA WA’s No Harm vision shows that we are uncompromising in our commitment to the health, safety and welfare of our employees, customers and community. It is our driving force and is fundamental to the way we work.
We also present No Harm awards to businesses and individuals who have been stellar examples of our No Harm Vision. You can view those recipients here.
